  • Travis Scott shared a bonus track from his "Birds In the Trap Sing McKnight" album featuring Lil Uzi Vert. The song is entitled, "RaRa."
  • Adam Schefter reported that the Baltimore Ravens signed Devin Hester to a one-year deal. 
  • Nicki Minaj dropped her "Pinkprint Freestyle."
  • Texas upset No. 10 Notre Dame in a Sunday version of college football, 50-47, in overtime.

  • Kid Cudi revealed his plans to release a double-disc sometime in September.

  • The Game announced that his upcoming mixtape, "1992," will arrive on October 7.
  • Gucci Mane revealed that he recently recorded a verse for Outkast. Rumors immediately began spreading as to whether or not Outkast will be coming out with an album anytime in the near future.

  • Johnny Depp signed on to star in a Notorious B.I.G-Tupac thriller entitled, "Labyrinth." He will played the police detective who investigated the murders of the rappers. Brad Furman, the director of "The Lincoln Lawyer," is also attached to the project. 
  • Kanye West confirmed the rumored collaborative album with Drake in an interview with Vogue. He said him and Drake are just having fun, going into the studio. But Kanye also did say, "We're working on an album, so there's some exciting things coming up soon."
  • Apple announced the launches of its iPhone 7 and Apple Watch 2 series at the Apple Event.
